卵巢储备功能下降病因病机及中医药治疗研究进展

Research Progress on Etiology,Pathogenesis and Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Ovarian Reserve Decline

卵巢储备功能下降会造成卵母细胞数量减少、质量下降、分泌雌激素水平降低,进而导致女性生育能力下降。目前,关于卵巢储备功能下降的病因病机尚未完全明确,临床主要给予西药对症综合治疗。中医药治疗具有其独特的优势,不良反应少,给予辨证论治,可实现标本兼治的目的。本文现对卵巢储备功能下降病因病机、中医药治疗进展进行综述,以期为卵巢储备功能下降治疗提供参考。

The decline of ovarian reserve function will lead to the decrease of oocyte quantity,quality and secretion of estrogen,which will lead to the decline of female fertility.At present,the etiology and pathogenesis of ovarian reserve decline have not been fully clarified,and Western medicine is mainly given symptomatic and comprehensive treatment in clinic.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment has its unique advantages,less adverse reactions,give syndrome differentiation and treatment,which can achieve the purpose of treating both symptoms and root causes.This article reviews the etiology and pathogenesis of ovarian reserve decline and the progress of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,in order to provide reference for the treatment of ovarian reserve decline.
