精细护理路径管理在消化内镜室医院感染控制中的应用效果

Application Effect of Refined Nursing Pathway Management in Nosocomial Infection Control in Digestive Endoscopy Room

目的探讨精细护理路径管理在消化内镜室医院感染控制中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月-2021年1月我院消化内镜室收治102例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各51例。对照组采用常规管理,观察组采用精细护理路径管理,比较两组内镜合格率、水槽及消毒液合格率、手卫生合格率以及医院感染率。结果两组管理后内镜、水槽、消毒液、手卫生合格率均高于管理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组感染率为1.96%,低于对照组的13.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细化护理路径管理在消毒内镜室医院感染控制中具有较高的应用价值,能有效提高内镜、水槽以及消毒液的合格率,避免医院感染的发生。

Objective To explore the application effect of fine nursing path management in nosocomial infection control in digestive endoscopy room.Methods A total of 102 patients admitted to our digestive endoscopy room from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine management,and the observation group was treated with refined nursing path management.The qualified rates of endoscopy,flume and disinfectant,hand hygiene and hospital infection rate were compared between the two groups.Results The qualified rates of endoscope,sink,disinfectant and hand hygiene in the two groups after management were higher than those before management,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The infection rate of the observation group was 1.96%,which was lower than 13.73%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Refined nursing path management has high application value in hospital infection control in disinfection endoscopy room,which can effectively improve the qualified rate of endoscope,sink and disinfectant,and avoid the occurrence of hospital infection.
