预见性护理模式在胃肠镜检查风险控制中的应用

Application of Predictive Nursing Model in Risk Control of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy

目的分析预见性护理模式在胃肠镜检查风险控制中的应用效果。方法选取2020年3月-2021年3月我院接受胃肠镜检查的60例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组在对照组基础上采用预见性护理模式,比较两组负面情绪(SAS、SDS评分)、血压水平[收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)]、体征指标[心率(HR)、血氧饱和度(SpO_(2))]、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组检查中SBP、DBP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05);观察组护理满意率为96.67%,高于对照组的76.67%(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理模式可有效改善胃肠镜患者的负面情绪,避免检查过程中的体征波动,降低并发症发生风险,且患者满意度较高。

Objective To analyze the application effect of predictive nursing mode in risk control of gastrointestinal endoscopy.Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent gastrointestinal endoscopy in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing mode,and the observation group was treated with predictive nursing mode on the basis of the control group.The negative emotions(SAS,SDS scores),blood pressure levels[systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)],physical signs[heart rate(HR),oxygen saturation(SpO_(2))],complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of SBP and DBP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.33%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 76.67%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing mode can effectively improve the negative emotions of patients with gastrointestinal endoscopy,avoid signs fluctuations in the examination process,reduce the risk of complications,and have high patient satisfaction.
