摘要
研究以W公司的簇绒机优化设计为例,从簇绒机现有痛点及企业的设计需求出发,采用了拓扑优化等方法对簇绒机的机架本体、导纱系统、基布架遮罩和涂装四个方面进行优化设计,提升了簇绒机品牌的识别度和轻量化效果。本研究以产学研协同赋能为途径,探索了纺织领域创新设计实践的新方法和新思路,为工业设计创新人才提供具有挑战性的创新机遇和平台。
In this study,taking the optimal design of tufting machine of W company as an example,starting from the existing pain points of tufting machine and the design requirements of enterprises,topology optimization and other methods are adopted to optimize the design of tufting machine frame body,yarn guide system,base cloth frame mask and coating,which improves the recognition degree and lightweight effect of tufting machine brand.This study explores the new methods and new ideas of innovative design practice in textile field by the way of Industry-University-Research's collaborative empowerment,and provides a challenging innovation opportunity and platform for innovative talents in industrial design.
