创新链视角下生产性服务业集聚的创新绩效研究

Innovation Performance of Producer Services Agglomeration Underlying the Innovation Chain

利用Griliches-Jaffe知识生产函数,结合创新链思想,着重考察了生产性服务业集聚的上下游创新效应。研究结果表明:生产性服务业集聚对上游整体创新产出具有显著的促进作用,但在内部结构方面存在高端创新不足的问题;集聚的上游创新效应集中体现在低技术含量的实用新型与外观设计专利产出方面,而发明专利创新产出效应则不存在;生产性服务业集聚对下游创新产出具有显著的推动作用,但主要体现在对工业领域中高端产业创新产出方面,传统产业的创新产出促进效应并不存在。整体来看,生产性服务业集聚的上下游创新效应均存在,但存在结构性脱链问题,不对称性影响存在创新链上下游环节。

Based on the Griliches-Jaffe knowledge production function and the idea of innovation chain,this paper focuses on the innovation effect of the up and down stream producer services agglomeration.The results show that:producer services agglomeration has a significant positive role in the upstream innovation effect,but the lack of high-end innovation in terms of internal structure,the upstream innovation effect of agglomeration is mainly reflected in the output of utility models of lower technology and appearance design patent,and no output effect of invention patent is found;the producer services agglomeration has a significant promoting role in the downstream innovation effect,but mainly exits in the industrial field of high-end industrial innovation output,the innovation output promotion effect of traditional idustries is not found Overall,there does exist effect of the producer services agglomeration of upstream and downstream innovation,but there exists also structural off-chain problem,and its effect is asymmetrical in the upstream and downstream sectors of the innovation chain.
