摘要
细胞的二次转移会影响DNA检验结果的解释及证据应用。本文通过积案中一份保存近20年的生物检材的检验,判定该生物检材载体上的精子细胞是在洗涤过程中死者母亲内衣上遗留的死者父亲的精子发生了二次转移所致。本文就二次转移的特征和对法医DNA检验的启示做了探讨,指出在性侵案件检验中应注意该类情况发生的可能性,对DNA结果(尤其是有疑问时)要进行多维度的综合分析。
The secondary transfer of cells certainly affects the interpretation of DNA testing results and the application of involving evidence.From a piece of biological material kept for nearly 20 years with one sexual assault case,some spermatozoa cells were detected on the patch of the deceased woman’s underwear,yet being left via secondary transfer from the deceased woman’s father through her mother’underwear to hers during their clothes(the deceased woman’s and her mother’s)washing together.Consequently,the appearance was thereby analyzed and discussed about such one secondary transfer.Evidently,forensic DNA test should keep alert on occurrence of such situation in examination of sexual assault cases,and carry out multi-dimensional comprehensive analysis with the obtained DNA results(especially on presence of doubt).
