摘要
文章选取回收渠道与物流服务作为研究影响回收再制造闭环供应链结构的因素,并设计基于制造商回收渠道与零售商回收渠道、物流自营服务与物流外包服务交叉组合的四类闭环供应链结构模式。基于斯塔克尔伯格博弈理论,通过逆向求解方式获取不同组合下闭环供应链的最优均衡解。在物流服务、回收渠道双因素构成的闭环供应链模式下,通过比较制造商与零售商的利润得出不同区间下制造商与零售商的最优决策选择。最后以回收率为切入点,运用数值算例验证不同条件下的制造商、零售商以及闭环供应链整体的最优选择策略。研究结果表明,随着回收率的提高,零售商回收渠道优于制造商回收渠道,物流外包服务优于物流自营服务。
This paper chooses recycling channels and logistics services as factors for studying the closed-loop supply chain structure,and designs four types of closed-loop supply chain structure model based on cross-combination of manufacturer recycling channels with retailer recycling channels,self-logistics services and logistics outsourcing services.Based on Stackelberg game theory,the optimal equilibrium solution of closed-loop supply chain under different combinations is obtained by reverse solution.Under the closed-loop supply chain model composed of two factors of logistics service and recycling channel,by comparing manufacturers’and retailers’profits,manufacturers and retailers make optimal decision choices in different intervals.Finally,considering the recovery rate,numerical examples are used to verify the optimal selection strategies of manufacturers,retailers and closed-loop supply chains under different conditions.The research results show that with the increase of recovery rate,the retailer recycling channel is superior to the manufacturer recycling channel,and the logistics outsourcing service is also superior to the self-logistics service.
