摘要
针对日产量1 kg,含水率在70%~90%,油脂含量在1%~5%,盐分含量在1%~5%,pH在4~8,粒径在1~5 mm之间的厨余垃圾,设计基于厌氧技术的新型厨余垃圾处理器。该处理器由外壳、可拆卸储水仓、倾斜滤网、搅拌轴、风机、除臭管、加热系统、出料口组成。该处理器在40℃,每2 h搅拌2 min的运行条件下,通过厌氧菌剂和除油菌剂混合使用,可使85%以上的厨余垃圾厌氧消化,生成的有机肥产量为30~150 g/kg厨余垃圾,达到了厨余垃圾资源化的目的。
A new type of food waste disposer based on anaerobic technology was designed for food waste with a daily output of 1 kg,water content of 70%~90%,oil content of 1%~5%,salt content of 1%~5%,pH of 4~8 and particle size of 1~5 mm.The processor comprises a shell,a detachable water storage bin,an inclined filter screen,a stirring shaft,a fan,a deodorizing pipe,a heating system and a discharge port.Under the operating condition of 40°C and stirring for 2 minutes every two hours,more than 85%of food waste can be digested by anaerobic bacteria and oil-removing bacteria.The output of organic fertilizer is 30~150 g/kg of food waste,the final aim of food waste recycling was achieved.
