基层政府对高寒山区农村水资源保护实践困境及路径优化研究--以L乡政府为例

农村水资源的保护与管理一直是很多学者关注的问题,前人也已经进行了大量的研究,但是我国农村地区地形复杂多样,特别是喀斯特地貌区的高寒山区农村水资源问题更加复杂。以L乡政府为例,通过查阅相关文献和实地考察,分析研究基层政府在高寒山区农村水资源保护管理中显现出的不足,进而提出相应的解决对策,以使高寒山区农村水资源能够得到更加充分的利用和保护。

Rural water resources protection and management has been a keen concern of many scholars,predecessors have carried out extensive research.The terrain of rural areas in our country is complex and diverse,especially in the alpine regions of karst landforms areas,so the rural water resources problem is more complicated.The L township government as an example,by consulting relevant literature and field investigation,the shortcomings of grass-roots governments in the protection and management of rural water resources in alpine mountainous areas is analyzed,and the corresponding solutions are put forward so that the rural water resources in alpine mountainous areas can be more fully utilized and protected.
