摘要
水样通过“酸化—吹气—吸收法”进行预处理,以HJ 1226—2021《水质硫化物的测定亚甲基蓝分光光度法》为依据,着重对水样预处理、无氧水制备、试剂和标准溶液配制及保存方法等细节进行把控。实验结果表明,实验室方法检出限为0.004 mg/L,测定下限为0.012 mg/L,方法精密度为0.93%~2.91%,标准样测量准确度为93.8%~96.5%,水样加标回收率为90%~96%,测定结果满足HJ 1226—2021标准方法要求。
Based on the Determination of Sulfide in Water Quality-Methylene Blue Spectrophotometric Method(HJ 1226-2021),the water samples were pretreated by“acidification-blowing-absorption”method.By focusing on the details of water sample pretreatment,oxygen-free water preparation,preparation and storage of reagent and standard solution,the test results showed that method detection limit of laboratory was 0.004 mg/L,the minimum test concentration was 0.012 mg/L.The precision of the method is 0.93%-2.91%,the measurement accuracy of the standard sample is 93.8%-96.5%,and the recovery rate of the water sample is 90%-96%.The determination results met the requirements of HJ 1226-2021.
