沈阳市生态环境信访工作的探索与实践

分析了2021年沈阳市环境信访投诉案件的特点,介绍了全市生态环境信访工作完成情况,从餐饮服务项目信访投诉问题突出、区域性异味及建筑施工扰民“顽症”亟待破解、信访初访化解程度不高等方面,对全市主要环境信访投诉问题进行了深入剖析,提出了推进信访法定途径分类、深耕生态环保110平台、持续开展重访积案攻坚等措施和手段。

This paper analyzes the characteristics of environmental complaint letter and visit issues in Shenyang in 2021,introduces in detail the completion of ecological environment complaint letter and visit issues work in the whole city.An in-depth analysis of the main environmental complaint issues in the city is given from the aspects of the prominence of catering service projects,and the unsolved problems of building construction and regional odor disturbing residents,and the unsatisfactory resolution rate for initial complaint letter and visit.And then some measures are put forward such as promoting the classification of legal ways of complaint letter and visit issues,further promoting the platform of“Environmental Protection 110”,and carrying out the tackling of backlog or revisit issues continuously.
