摘要
目的剖析国内外糖尿病衰弱研究的热点与趋势,为我国糖尿病衰弱研究提供参考。方法检索CNKI和Web of Science核心合集数据库2011-01-01至2022-03-31收录的糖尿病衰弱相关文献,运用CiteSpace可视化软件,分别对文献的作者、机构、关键词进行共现网络分析。结果共纳入国内文献89篇,国外文献146篇,年度发文量整体呈上升趋势;中文文献以廖力发文最多,英文文献以Sinclair AJ发文最多;国内研究热点主要集中在老年糖尿病衰弱现况、糖尿病衰弱影响因素、糖尿病衰弱与抑郁的关系,国外研究热点主要集中在糖尿病衰弱的风险、糖尿病衰弱与肌少症的关系;此外,糖尿病衰弱患者步态特征、糖尿病衰弱管理将成为研究趋势。结论国内外对糖尿病衰弱研究存在一定差异,应参考国际糖尿病衰弱研究的热点及趋势,探索适合我国的糖尿病衰弱研究体系,以减少糖尿病衰弱的发生率。
Objective To analyze the hot spots and trends of diabetes frailty research at home and abroad,and provide reference for the study of diabetes frailty in China.Methods The literatures related to diabetes frailty were retrieved from CNKI and Web of Science database from 2011-01-01 to 2022-03-31.The literatures were visualized by CiteSpace,and the authors,institutions and keywords of the literatures were analyzed by co-occurrence network.Results A total of 89 domestic and 146 foreign papers were included,and the overall annual publication volume presented a upward trend,with Liao Li as the most published in Chinese and Sinclair AJ as the most published in English.Domestic research hot spots mainly focused on the status of senile diabetes frailty,influencing factors of diabetes frailty,the relationship between diabetes frailty and depression,while foreign research hot spots mainly focused on the risk of diabetes frailty,the relationship between diabetes frailty and sarcopenia.In addition,gait characteristics and management of diabetes frailty would become research trends.Conclusion There are some differences in the study of diabetes frailty at home and abroad.The hot spots and trends of international research on diabetes frailty should be refered to,and a suitable research system of diabetes frailty in China should be explored to reduce the incidence of diabetes frailty.
