摘要
血糖监测是糖尿病诊治的重要组成部分,通过不同酶法、光学法,以及不同生物样本和相关指标(糖化血红蛋白、糖化白蛋白及1,5-脱水葡萄糖醇),可获得糖代谢参数,用于筛查诊断和评估病情。近年来,随着可穿戴设备研制、数字化和无创技术的发展,为血糖信息化管理提供了助力。本文就不同血糖监测技术发展和最新研究成果进行综述。
Blood glucose monitoring is an important part of the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes.Through different enzymatic methods,optical methods,and different biological samples and related indicators(glycated hemoglobin,glycated albumin and 1,5-anhydroglucitol),glucose metabolism parameters can be obtained for screening diagnosis and assessment of conditions.In recent years,with the development of wearable device development,digitalization and non-invasive technology,it has provided assistance for blood glucose information management.In this paper,the development of different blood glucose monitoring techniques and the latest research results are reviewed.
