参附注射液联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗顽固性心力衰竭的临床效果

Clinical effect of Shenfu injection combined with sacubitril valsartan sodium in the treatment of refractory heart failure

目的探讨参附注射液联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗顽固性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法将140例顽固性心力衰竭患者根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组(沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠)和观察组(参附注射液联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠),各70例。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的左室射血分数(LVEF)、每分输出量(CO)高于对照组,左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)小于对照组,肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)水平、E选择素(ES)、心型脂肪酸结合蛋白(H-FABP)水平及生活质量各维度评分、总分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参附注射液联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗顽固性心力衰竭能有效降低血清相关生化指标水平,改善心功能,提高生活质量,疗效显著。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shenfu injection combined with sacubitril valsartan sodium in the treatment of refractory heart failure.Methods A total of 140 patients with refractory heart failure were divided into control group(sacubitril valsartan sodium)and observation group(Shenfu injection combined with sacubitril valsartan sodium)according to the different treatment,with 70 cases in each group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and cardiac output(CO)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)were smaller than those of the control group,the levels of creatine kinase isoenzyme-MB(CK-MB),cardiac troponin T(cTnT),E-selectin(ES),heart fatty acid binding protein(H-FABP)and the scores of all dimensions,total score of quality of life were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenfu injection combined with sacubitril valsartan sodium in the treatment of refractory heart failure can effectively reduce the serum biochemical indexes levels,improve the cardiac function and quality of life,with remarkable curative effect.
