TDP+盆腔灌注治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果及对炎性包块直径、盆腔积液深度的影响

Clinical effect of TDP+pelvic perfusion in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation and its influences on the diameter of inflammatory mass and depth of pelvic effusion

目的分析特定电磁波谱(TDP)+盆腔灌注治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果及对炎性包块直径、盆腔积液深度的影响。方法选取我院2018年3月至2021年3月收治的196例慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同将其分为对照组(98例,盆腔灌注治疗)和试验组(98例,TDP+盆腔灌注治疗)。比较两组的临床效果。结果试验组的治疗总有效率为97.96%,高于对照组的86.73%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组的炎性包块直径、盆腔积液深度、阴道清洁度均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组的血清D-二聚体、细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)水平均低于对照组,血清转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、补体C3、补体C4水平均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论TDP+盆腔灌注治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果显著,可改善患者的临床症状,减轻炎症反应,利于患者预后的改善,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of specific electromagnetic spectrum(TDP)+pelvic perfusion in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation and its influences on the diameter of inflammatory mass and depth of pelvic effusion.Methods A total of 196 patients with chronic pelvic inflammation treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into control group(98 cases,pelvic perfusion treatment)and experimental group(98 cases,TDP+pelvic perfusion treatment).The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 97.96%,which was higher than 86.73%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the diameter of inflammatory mass,depth of pelvic effusion and vaginal cleanliness in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum D-dimer and intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of serum transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),complement C3 and complement C4 were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TDP+pelvic perfusion in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation has a significant clinical effect,which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the inflammatory reaction,and is beneficial to improve the prognosis of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
