CT联合MRI检查对大动脉粥样硬化型急性脑梗死的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of CT combined with MRI for acute cerebral infarction due to large-artery atherosclerosis

目的分析计算机断层扫描(CT)联合磁共振成像(MRI)检查对大动脉粥样硬化型急性脑梗死(ACI)的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析我院2019年1月至2019年12月收治的40例ACI患者的临床资料。所有患者均进行CT、MRI检查。以数字减影血管造影(DSA)检查结果作为金标准,分析CT、MRI、CT联合MRI检查对大动脉粥样硬化型ACI的诊断效能。结果DSA检查明确检出32例大动脉粥样硬化型ACI患者。CT、MRI、CT联合MRI检查诊断大动脉粥样硬化型ACI的准确度分别为60.00%、65.00%、95.00%。CT联合MRI检查诊断大动脉粥样硬化型ACI的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值及阴性预测值高于CT检查(P<0.05);CT联合MRI检查诊断大动脉粥样硬化型ACI的灵敏度、特异度及阴性预测值高于MRI检查(P<0.05)。结论CT联合MRI检查对大动脉粥样硬化型ACI患者的诊断效能较高,具有良好的应用价值。

Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of computed tomography(CT)combined with magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)for acute cerebral infarction(ACI)due to large-artery atherosclerosis.Methods The clinical data of 40 ACI patients admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were analyzed retrospectively.All patients underwent CT and MRI examinations.Taking the results of digital subtraction angiography(DSA)as the gold standard,the diagnostic efficacy of CT,MRI,CT combined with MRI examinations for ACI due to large-artery atherosclerosis were analyzed.Results Thirty-two patients with ACI due to large-artery atherosclerosis were clearly diagnozed by DSA examination.The accuracy of CT,MRI and CT combined with MRI examinations in the diagnosis of ACI due to large-artery atherosclerosis were 60.00%,65.00%and 95.00%respectively.The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of CT combined with MRI examination in the diagnosis of ACI due to large-artery atherosclerosis were higher than those of CT examination(P<0.05);the sensitivity,specificity and negative predictive value of CT combined with MRI examination in the diagnosis of ACI due to large-artery atherosclerosis were higher than those of MRI examination(P<0.05).Conclusion CT combined with MRI examination for ACI due to large-artery atherosclerosis has high diagnostic efficiency and good application value.
