扁平化责任制护理对腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者胃肠功能及护理满意度的影响

Effects of flat responsibility nursing on gastrointestinal function and nursing satisfaction of patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy

目的探究扁平化责任制护理对腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者胃肠功能及护理满意度的影响。方法根据不同的护理干预措施将2019年1月至2021年1月在我院接受腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术的92例患者分为常规组与观察组,各46例。常规组进行常规护理干预,观察组进行扁平化责任制护理干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果术后1、3 d,观察组的肾上腺素(E)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、皮质醇(Cor)、血糖(Glu)水平低于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组的术后腹胀消失时间、首次排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排便时间及首次进食时间均短于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组的基础护理、用药管理、健康宣教、病情监测及并发症防治评分均高于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论扁平化责任制护理应用于腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者中能够加快胃肠功能恢复,提高护理质量及患者的满意度。

Objective To explore the effects of flat responsibility nursing on gastrointestinal function and nursing satisfaction of patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods According to different nursing intervention measures,92 patients who received laparoscopic myomectomy in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were divided into routine group and observation group,with 46 cases in each group.The routine group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received flat responsibility nursing intervention.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 1 and 3 d after operation,the levels of epinephrine(E),norepinephrine(NE),cortisol(Cor)and glucose(Glu)in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of abdominal distension,the first exhaust time,the recovery time of bowel sounds,the first defecation time and the first eating time in the observation group were shorter than those in the routine(P<0.05).The scores of basic nursing,medication management,health education,condition monitoring and complication prevention and treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The flat responsibility nursing applied in patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy can effectively accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function,and improve the quality of nursing and satisfaction of patients.
