以护士为中心的多学科协作护理在Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者中的应用效果

Application effect of nurse-centered multidisciplinary collaborative nursing in patients with Hp-positive peptic ulcer

目的探究以护士为中心的多学科协作护理在幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性消化性溃疡患者中的应用效果。方法选择2019年1月至2020年8月就诊于我院的133例Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为协作组(67例)和对照组(66例)。协作组给予以护士为中心的多学科协作护理干预,对照组则给予常规护理干预。比较两组患者干预前、后的精神、身体各项症状严重程度及睡眠质量、生活质量、自我管理行为;比较两组患者的护理满意度及服药依从性。结果干预后,两组的副反应量表(TESS)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分均低于干预前,世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分均高于干预前,且协作组优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的自我管理行为各项评分均高于干预前,且协作组高于对照组(P<0.05)。协作组的护理满意度及服药总依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以护士为中心的多学科协作护理用于Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者中,不仅可有效改善其睡眠质量、不良情绪、生活质量,提高服药依从性、自我管理能力,亦能够在一定程度上缓解相关药物所引起的毒副反应,且患者的护理满意度较佳。

Objective To explore the application effect of nurse-centered multidisciplinary collaborative nursing in patients with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)-positive peptic ulcer.Methods A total of 133 patients with Hp-positive peptic ulcer admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the study objects and divided into cooperative group(67 cases)and control group(66 cases)according to random number table method.The cooperative group was given nurse-centered multidisciplinary collaborative nursing intervention,while the control group was given routine nursing intervention.The severity of mental and physical symptoms,sleep quality,life quality and self-management behavior were compared between the two groups before and after intervention;the nursing satisfaction and medication compliance were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Pittsburg Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,the World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF(WHOQOL-BREF)score was higher than that before intervention,and those in the cooperative group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each items self-management behavior in the two groups was higher than that before intervention,and that in the cooperative group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction and total medication compliance rate in the cooperative group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nurse-centered multidisciplinary collaborative nursing in patients with Hp-positive peptic ulcer can not only effectively improve sleep quality,negative emotion,quality of life,medication compliance and self-management ability,but also alleviate the toxic and side effects caused by related drugs to a certain extent,and the patient's nursing satisfaction is better.
