摘要
通过观察左氧氟沙星治疗人工感染鼠疫豚鼠的疗效,为鼠疫的防治用药提供参考依据。根据《中华人民共和国国家药典》成人剂量和常用实验动物及人的体表面积比例剂量换算,豚鼠所用药物的剂量为40 mg/kg/d,用生理盐水制成水剂,于攻毒24 h后进行皮下注射给药。连续用药9 d后停药,医学观察9 d后将动物处死并取肝、脾做鼠疫细菌学检验。结果显示,左氧氟沙星治疗人工感染鼠疫豚鼠的治愈率为100%,对照组均特异性死亡。说明左氧氟沙星对人工感染鼠疫动物的治疗效果显著,对今后鼠疫预防和治疗用药的选择提供有力的佐证。
Levofloxacin was used to treat guinea pigs infected with plague for observing its efficacy,and provide a reference for plague prevention and treatment.According to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and the human-animal body surface area dose,the daily doses of levofloxacin was converted into per kg body weight for guinea pigs(40 mg/kg/d).The drug was diluted into an aqueous solution with normal saline and subcutaneously,and injected into the experimental animals with infected for 24 hours.Continuous therapy for 9 days and observation for another 9 days,the animals were killed later.The animals’liver and spleen were cultured for bacteriological examination of Yersinia pestis.The results showed that the cure rate of levofloxacin on Yersinia pestis infection in guinea pigs was 100%,and all died specifically in the control group.It indicated that Levofloxacin is effective in the treatment of plague infected animals and can be used for the prevention and treatment of plague.
