复方甘草酸铵注射液对犬常见食物中毒病的疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of Compound Ammonium Glycyrrhizinate Injection on Treating of Food Poisoning in Canine

为验证复方甘草酸铵在治疗犬常见食物中毒病中的疗效,将犬食物中毒病例随机分为治疗组(35例)和对照组(35例),分别给予复方甘草酸铵注射液治疗和常规中毒治疗。结果显示,复方甘草酸铵治疗组总有效率为94.00%,对照组有效率为65.45%(P<0.05);治疗组临床痊愈率为66.00%,对照组为14.54%(P<0.01)。表明复方甘草酸铵在治疗犬常见食物中毒病中疗效确切。

To observe the curative effect of Compound Ammonium Glycyrrhizinate Injection on the treatment of common food poisoning in canines,the canine food poisoning cases were randomly divided into a treatment group(35 cases)and a control group(35 cases),Compound Ammonium Glycyrrhizinate Injection was used to threat the treatment group,and the control group was given conventional emergency treatment for poisoning.The results showed that the total effective rate was 94.00%in the treatment group,and 65.45%in the control group(P<0.05);the clinical cure rate was 66.00%in the treatment group,and 14.54%in the control group(P<0.01).The results showed that Compound Ammonium Glycyrrhizinate Injection is effective in treating common food poisoning in canines.
