The Relationship between Cognitive Empathy and Bullying Participant Behaviors in 12 to 16-year-old Teenagers:A Moderated Mediation Model

摘要 目的探讨12~16岁少年的认知共情与欺凌角色行为的关系,同时探讨道德推脱的中介作用,以及该作用是否会受到情感共情的调节。方法采用基本共情量表、道德推脱量表和欺凌参与角色行为问卷对杭州市221名12~16岁少年进行施测。结果(1)认知共情与欺凌、促进欺凌、事不关己行为显著负相关,与捍卫行为显著正相关;(2)道德推脱在认知共情与欺凌、促进欺凌、事不关己行为之间存在部分中介作用;(3)情感共情调节了道德推脱中介作用的前半路径。结论该研究有助于深入探究12~16岁少年欺凌角色行为的发生机制,对于预防和减少校园欺凌事件的发生,构建平安和谐校园,也具有重要现实意义。 Objective To investigate the relationship between cognitive empathy and bullying participant behaviors,and to explore the mediating role of moral disengagement and the moderating effects of affective empathy.Methods 221 adolescents aged 12-16 years old in Hangzhou were selected.The basic empathy scale,moral disengagement scale and bullying participant behaviors questionnaire were used in the research.Results(1)Cognitive empathy was significantly negatively correlated with behaviors of bully,assistant bully and outsiders,but was significantly positively correlated with defense;(2)After controlling gender and grade,moral disengagement partially mediated the relationship between cognitive empathy and bully,assistant bully and outsiders;(3)Affective empathy moderated the beginning path of the mediating process of moral disengagement.Conclusion The results contributed to the understanding of the mechanism of bullying participant behaviors among 12-16 years old teenagers,and has its significance for preventing and reducing school bullying to maintain a safe and harmonious campus.
