摘要
目的在城市化进程的背景下,通过探索城市通勤特征,结合用户共创分析,展开通勤服务设计研究,提出未来城市通勤服务设计策略。方法聚焦于通勤情境,基于用户共创研究方法分别设计科技主导与关系主导的两组工作坊,通过工作坊寻找城市通勤的痛点和机会点。结果设计研究最终导向了"通勤即链接生活与工作的第三空间"的服务愿景,并通过对利益相关者架构、系统图架构等呈现,描述了产品服务体系内部的商业逻辑及物质、信息与资金的流动方向。结论本研究构建的服务体系设计能够从系统的角度了解未来情境中的共享出行的整体生态,为未来出行领域的从业者提供了借鉴意义。
Objective In the context of the urbanization,by exploring urban commuting characteristics and combining user co-creation analysis,this study focuses on commuting service design,and proposes future urban commuting service design strategies.Methods The study focused on the commuting situation and designed technology-led workshops and relations-led workshops respectively based on the user co-creation method.Problems and opportunities of urban commuting were also tracked in the study.Results The study finally leads to the service vision of“commuting as the third space linking life and work”,and describes the business logic and the direction of materials,information and capital within the service system through the presentation of stakeholder and system diagram architecture.Conclusion The service system provides the systematical understanding of the overall ecology of shared means of transportation in the future,and the guidance for practitioners in future travel field.
