为了提高转炉废钢比、降低铁水消耗等问题,结合南钢现有的生产特点,通过对鱼雷罐加废钢对铁水温降及铁水脱硫的影响进行比较、分析,摸索出鱼雷罐加废钢的工艺,为优化工艺条件提供一定的理论依据。

In order to increase scrap ratio and reduce hot metal consumption of converter,combining with the existing production characteristics of NISCO,through the comparison and analysis of the influence of adding scrap into torpedo tank on temperature drop and desulfurization of hot metal,the process of adding scrap into torpedo tank is explored,which provides a certain theoretical basis for process optimization.
