摘要
第一炼铁厂1号高炉于2018年大修投产至今,由于多次休风、复风和异常炉况的影响,其炉顶封罩及上升管喷涂耐材出现了大面积脱落和龟裂现象。导致高炉抗波动能力差,影响安全生产。高炉休风48小时喷涂处理封罩后,经过对耗时及压火料的测算,顺利复风,对日后南钢休风喷涂具有重要意义。
Since its last overhaul in 2018,the BF 1#(2000 m^(3),furnace dimension shown in Table 1 blow)of NISCO has experienced several times of damping-down,reblowing and abnormal fumnace conditions.The refractory of the top gas sealing and the spraying refractory of the riser appeared large area flling off and cracking due to cold and heat alter-nating stresses.As a result,the blast furmace has poor anti fluctuation ability threating the safety production.Afer spra-ying the sealing during the 48 hours damping down,the success reblowing of the blast furmace based on anticipation of time consumption and damping down materials is significant to future spraying of the blast furmaces of NISCO.
