摘要
以集团财务共享建设为例,通过数据共享平台建设,整合集团各业务板块的核算、资金、结算、报告等财务职能,实现财务基础业务集中处理,快速提高财务基础业务的智能化程度。借助数据共享平台,标准化财务业务流程,提升财务管理水平,统一、规范子公司财务管理。应用系统,控制风险点,实现集团对下属子公司的运营活动进行实时监控和管理,增加透明度,提高管理效率,优化资源配置。
This paper takes the construction of group financial shared service as an example.Through the construction of a shared data platform,the accounting,financial capital,settlement,reporting and other financial functions of each bus-iness segment are integrated,to centralize basic financial business so as to quickly improve the intelligence level of basic financial business.With the implement of this data sharing platform,the level of financial management can be improved by standardizing and unifying the financial business process.By applying this system to control potential risk points,the group conducts real-time monitoring of the operational activities of subsidiary companies,thereby increasing transparen-cy,improving management efficiency and optimizing resource allocation.
