摘要
为了解决大功率激光控制系统中快反镜在工作过程中超出正常摆动范围导致光束毁伤系统内其他设备的隐患,阐述了快反镜采用可移动式机械限位结构的意义,设计了可移动式机械限位结构的两种具体型式,进行了相应的分析验证和比较,满足了不同结构型式下对快反镜工作范围实现角分级高精度限位的要求,提出了具体设计时可以根据不同的快反镜结构采用与其相适应的可移动式机械限位结构。
In order to solve the hidden danger of beam damage to other equipments in the system caused by the fast mirror exceeding the normal swing range in the working process of high power laser control systems,the significance of adopting removable mechanical limit structure for the fast mirror is expounded.Two types of removable mechanical limit structure are designed,analyzed,verified and compared,which can meet the requirement of high accuracy angle limit of the fast steering mirror working range under different structure types.And it is proposed that the removable mechanical limit structure can be adopted according to different fast mirror structure in the specific design.
