摘要
电子设备在工作时受冲击载荷作用,对结构强度设计要求严苛,采用静力学计算、瞬态响应计算及试验验证相结合的方法,对设备的静力学结构强度、模态振型、瞬态结构响应下的峰值应力时间历程曲线进行了分析计算。掌握了电子设备在冲击载荷下的峰值应力变化规律和最大变形位移出现的位置规律,为改进前后的电子设备结构强度是否满足要求提供了数据支撑。通过冲击试验,验证了瞬态响应计算的准确性,对电子设备的结构强度设计具有一定的指导意义。
The electronic equipment is subjected to impact load during operation,so the requirements for structural strength design are strict.The static structural strength,modal shape and peak stress time history curve of the equipment under transient structural response are analyzed and calculated by the combination of static calculation,transient response calculation and experimental verification.The variation law of peak stress and the position law of maximum deformation displacement of the electronic equipment under impact load are mastered,which provides data support for whether the electronic equipment structure before and after improvement meets the requirements.The accuracy of transient response calculation is verified by the impact testing,which has certain guiding significance for the structural design of the electronic equipment.
