摘要
针对传统干喷砂除锈工艺产生的环境污染,文章研发了一种新型环保水雾喷砂装置。依据发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)分析新型环保水雾喷砂装置存在的问题及理想解,找到主要技术矛盾和物理矛盾,利用矛盾矩阵、分离原理及标准解等工具形成一系列创新设计方案。TRIZ理论能为新型环保水雾喷砂装置的创新设计提供切实可行的操作方法,发现问题到解决问题的全过程有着良好的内在逻辑性,实现了粉尘减少90%的目标,达到了预期效果,表面处理质量完全满足工艺要求。
This study develops a new environment-friendly water mist sandblasting device as the traditional dry sandblasting de-rusting process causes environmental pollution.The theory of inventive problem solving(TRIZ)is employed to analyze the defects of the new device and obtain the corresponding ideal solution.The main technical and physical contradictions are then identified,and a series of innovative design schemes are formulated with tools such as contradiction matrix,separation principle,and standard solution.The results indicate that TRIZ provides a practical operation method for the innovative design of the new environment-friendly water mist sandblasting device.The whole process from problem finding to problem-solving attains a compelling internal logic.Moreover,the goal of dust reduction by 90%is accomplished,and the desired effect is achieved.The surface treatment quality also meets the technological requirements.
