摘要
文章以某修船企业工时管理体系为研究对象,将工时管理系统分解为3个互相影响、互相制约的子系统,明确各子系统运作核心、目标及主责部门,同时对核心管理模块进行整合,以期通过建立有效运作的工时管理体系,为企业生产管理、经营报价和成本管理提供科学合理的数据支持,以提高计划管理和工时管理效率,进一步提高企业的生产效率与整体效益。
This paper takes the man-hour management system of a ship repair enterprise as the research object and decomposes the system into three mutually interacting subsystems.The operation core,objectives,and main responsible departments of each subsystem are clarified,and the core management modules are integrated.An effective man-hour management system is then built to provide scientific and reasonable data support for the enterprise’s production management,business quotation,and cost management,promote its efficiency of plan management and man-hour management,and ultimately enhance its production efficiency and overall benefits.
