地板基材用纤维板低成本防水技术探讨

Cost Saving Waterproof Technology of Fibreboard for Flooring Substrate

从防水原理、实际生产应用案例和成本分析等方面,介绍了两种低成本防水剂的应用可行性。在相同热压工艺和生产线上进行地板基材用纤维板生产,当防水剂施加量相同时,石蜡+常温型防水剂、石蜡+热液型防水剂这两种方案的防水剂成本比传统全石蜡防水剂每立方米纤维板要节省7.75元和13.64元(按6.30 kg/m^(3)施加量计),并且板材的防水性能和力学强度良好,生产稳定。

The application feasibility of two low-cost waterproof agent were introduced from the aspects of waterproof principle,practical production application cases and cost analysis.The two low-cost waterproof agent and traditional paraffin waterproof agent were applied in fibreboard for flooring substrate under the same gluing parameters,hot pressing process,production line and addition.Based on the application amount of 6.30 kg/m^(3),the cost of waterproof agent of paraffin+normal temperature waterproof agent and paraffin+hydrothermal waterproof agent were 7.75 yuan and 11.26 yuan less than that of traditional paraffin waterproof agent.The waterproof performance and mechanical strength of the fibreboard were good,and the production process were stable.
