需求层次理论视角下高校使用微博开展学生思政工作探究——以西南交通大学为例

How to Leverage the Power of Weibo in the Ideological and Political Education within Universities from the Perspective of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs——Taking Southwest Jiaotong University as an Example

微博是大学生喜爱的重要新媒体平台。通过微博开展学生思想政治工作,对于高校践行落实立德树人根本任务具有重要意义。基于马斯诺需求层次理论,分析发现高校使用微博开展学生思政工作对于提升工作成效具有独特的优势,能够满足大学生多层次的心理需求,培养大学生亲社会行为,以及使学生在庞杂信息环境中不迷失。因此,高校学生思政工作应向微博“借力”,构建“微博+思政”协同工作模式,要强化微博发布内容的导向性、可读性、程序性、多样性,注重发布内容与受众关系的协同,把握内容发布时间节点。

Weibo is a significant new media that is favored by undergraduates.Carrying out students’ideological and political education through Weibo is of great significance for colleges and universities to practice the fundamental task of moral education.Based on Maslow’s Hierarchy of needs,this study examines the use of Weibo as instrument to carry out the ideological and political education for students at colleges and universities can significantly improve working effectiveness.It demonstrates that Weibo can meet undergraduates’multi-level psychological demands and cultivate undergraduates’pro-social behavior,and also help them avoid being lost in the information-rich situations.As a result,it will harness Weibo’s influence on ideological and political work education within universities by building a joint work model centered on“Weibo+ideological and political education”.Additionally,greater attention must be paid to the direction,readability,procedurality,diversity of the contents released on Weibo,the consistency between published content and its intended audience,as well as the date of content publication,among other factors.
