当前,国际政治、经济、安全格局发生重大变化,和平与发展的时代主题面临严峻挑战,我国统筹粮食生产与发展的全局性、战略性、紧迫性明显增强。在这个大背景下,要以国际视野清醒认识我国粮食安全的新背景、新任务,强化粮食供给、粮食市场、粮食种子等关键性、基础性领域的安全。

At present,major changes have taken place in the international political,economic and security patterns,and the era theme of peace and development is facing severe challenges.The overall,strategic and urgent nature of China′s overall planning of grain production and development has significantly increased.In this context,we should have a clear understanding of the new background and new tasks of China′s food security from an international perspective,and strengthen the security of key and basic fields such as food supply,food market and food seeds.
