阿尔茨海默病的药物治疗及研发进展

阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)是一种进行性中枢神经退化性疾病,高发于老年人群。近年来,随着老年人口不断增加,AD患者数量日益增长,其防治迫在眉睫。然而目前临床应用的大多数药物仅能缓解症状,旨在改善病情的药物尚在研发中。该文就现有AD治疗药物和研发现状进行综述,以期为临床治疗提供借鉴。

Alzheimer’s disease(AD) is a progressive central neurodegenerative disease,which is prevalent in the elderly.In recent years,with the increasing elderly population and the increasing number of AD patients,the prevention and treatment of AD is extremely urgent.However,most of the drugs in clinical use can only alleviate symptoms,and drugs aimed at further improvement are being developed.This article reviewed the current status and research and development of AD drugs,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment..
