5-硝基呋喃类抗生素用于抗感染治疗的临床应用已有60多年的历史,近年来有研究发现,其在抗肿瘤治疗领域中有新的作用靶点和作用机制,且应用于抗肿瘤治疗中具有一定的临床效力。该文主要对近年来5-硝基呋喃类抗生素作为老药新用被应用于抗肿瘤治疗中的临床研究进展作一综述,以期为抗肿瘤治疗提供一定参考。

5-nitrofuran antibiotics have been used for anti-infection therapy for more than 60 years.In recent years,new targets and mechanisms of action of 5-nitrofuran antibiotics have been discovered in the field of anti-tumor therapy,so they have been applied to related research on anti-tumor therapy and proved to have a certain curative effect.This paper mainly reviewed the clinical research progress of 5-nitrofuran antibiotics,which used as old drugs in anti-tumor in recent years,in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of tumors.
