基于守敬创新工作室的职业本科杰出人才培养路径探索

The Exploration on the Cultivation Path of Outstanding Vocational Undergraduate Talents Based on Shoujing Innovation Studio

2019年国务院发布《国家职业教育改革实施方案》,实施方案确定了职业教育的属性与地位,指出其与普通教育分属为两种不相同的教育类型。在随后的两年里,职业本科试点院校不断增加,我校作为其中之一,积极探索人才培养新手段、新制度、新模式。电气工程系在高职专科多年实践守敬创新工作室育人的基础上,联合行业龙头企业创建汇川产业学院,探索产教学研深度融合的方式,精准服务区域产业发展,从创新工作室实践条件建设、项目课程建设、科研与社会服务、“1+X”证书及技能竞赛、双创竞赛、设计竞赛等学分置换制度等方面实践校企“双元”职业本科杰出人才培养。

In 2019,the State Council issued the National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan.The implementation plan determined the attributes and status of vocational education and pointed out that it is divided into two different types of education from general education.In the following two years,the number of vocational undergraduate pilot colleges continued to increase.As a vocational undergraduate pilot college,our school actively explores new means,systems and models for talent training.On the basis of years of practice in the higher vocational college,the Department of Electrical Engineering has joined hands with leading enterprises in the industry to establish Huichuan Industrial College,explores the way of in-depth integration of production,teaching and research,accurately serves the development of regional industries,and cultivates outstanding school-enterprise"dual"vocational undergraduate talents from the aspects of the construction of practical conditions of the innovation studio,the construction of project courses,scientific research and social services,the"1+X"certificate and skill competition,the double creation competition,the design competition and other credit replacement systems.
