间苯三酚对反复种植失败患者妊娠结局的影响

Effect of phloroglucinol on pregnancy outcome of patients with repeated implantation failure

目的分析间苯三酚对反复种植失败患者妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2018年7月—2020年7月深圳市妇幼保健院收治的71例反复种植失败患者,随机分为病例组(36例)和对照组(35例)。病例组在子宫内膜转化日开始给予间苯三酚肌内注射,对照组不给予特殊治疗。应用B超测定子宫内膜蠕动波频率(UPF)。比较病例组和对照组临床妊娠率。结果不同UPF组临床妊娠率比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=14.101,P=0.001)。病例组临床妊娠率为55.6%(20/36),对照组临床妊娠率为28.6%(10/35),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.296,P=0.021)。病例组和对照组移植日负向收缩波消失率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论反复种植失败患者冻融胚胎移植周期胚胎移植日UPF与临床妊娠率存在相关性,间苯三酚可通过减少移植日负向收缩波而改善妊娠结局。

Objective To analyze the effect of phloroglucinol on pregnancy outcome of patients with repeated implantation failure.Methods From July 2018 to July 2020, 71 patients with repeated implantation failure treated in Shenzhen Municipal Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were selected and randomly divided into case group(36 cases) and control group(35 cases).The patients in case group were treated with intramuscular injection of phloroglucinol on the day of endometrial transformation, the patients in control group were not treated with special treatment.B-mode ultrasound was used to detect endometrial peristaltic wave frequency(UPF), the clinical pregnancy rates in case group and control group were compared.Results There was statistically significant difference in clinical pregnancy rate among different UPF groups(χ^(2)=14.101, P=0.001).The clinical pregnancy rate in case group was 55.6%(20/36), the clinical pregnancy rate in control group was 28.6%(10/35), there was statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=5.296, P=0.021).There was statistically significant difference in disappearance rate of negative contraction wave on the day of transplantation between case group and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion UPF on the day of embryo transplantation in freeze-thaw embryo transfer cycle of patients with repeated implantation failure is correlated with clinical pregnancy rate, phloroglucinol can improve pregnancy outcome through reducing negative contraction wave on the day of transplantation.
