多业主共用地下空间停车场联通设计研究

摘要 由于人口过于集中,城市汽车数量快速增长、停车场过少,我国大中型城市普遍存在“停车难”问题。为了更好地管理停车场,从停车场业主方和使用方多角度提升停车场运营效率和水平、实现统一管理,非常有必要。以世博B片区为例,剖析了多业主共用地下空间停车场运营和管理方面存在的问题,分别提出了车行通道和人行通道的联通设计方案,并分别通过VISSIM仿真以及基于Pathfinder的人行仿真分析实验来验证方案的有效性。结果显示文中提出的方案可以有效联通地下空间的车流和人流、提高停车场利用效率、减少地下停车场交通拥堵。 Due to the over-concentration of population,the rapid growth of the number of cars in cities and the lack of parking lots,the problem of city parking is widespread in large and medium-sized cities in China.In order to better manage the parking lot,it is necessary to improve the efficiency and level of parking lot operation and achieve unified management from multiple perspectives of parking lot owners and users.Taking Expo Park Area B as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the operation and management of underground parking lot shared by multiple owners,and puts forward the design schemes of traffic passage and pedestrian path,respectively.The validity of the schemes is verified by using VISSIM simulation for vehicle and Pathfinder simulation for pedestrian.The results show that the proposed scheme can effectively evacuate the traffic and pedestrian flow,improve the efficiency of parking lot utilization,and reduce the traffic congestion of underground parking lot.
