摘要
工程经验表明,轻中冰区悬垂塔塔身质量占输电塔整体质量的50%以上,而塔身交叉斜材与水平面的布置夹角(交叉斜材角度)对其受力影响较大,因此对其塔身交叉斜材布置夹角的研究显得十分重要。通过数值模拟分析系统地研究了不同的塔身坡度和交叉斜材角度情况下铁塔的受力性能,并进行了对比分析,最终给出了合理的交叉斜材角度。研究表明:当塔身交叉斜材角度控制在32.5°~42.5°范围内时,交叉材的受力最为充分,塔重最轻。
Engineering experience shows that the weight of the suspension tower body in light and medium ice area accounts for more than 50%of the overall weight of the transmission tower,and the included angle between the cross inclined material of the tower body and the horizontal plane(the angle of the cross inclined material)has a great influence on its stress.Therefore,the research on the included angle of the cross inclined material of the tower body is very important.Through numerical simulation analysis,the mechanical performance of the tower under different tower slope and cross inclined angle is systematically studied,compared and analyzed,and finally the reasonable cross inclined angle is given;The research shows that when the angle of cross inclined material of tower body is controlled within the range of 32.5°~42.5°,the stress of cross material is the most sufficient and the tower weight is the lightest.
