Summarization of construction technology of secondary pouring floor heating

二次浇筑地暖施工做法是近年来出现的新型施工工艺,目前已进入实用阶段。为改善当前地暖面层一次整体成型施工做法中存在的裂缝多、空鼓严重等质量问题,结合某住宅项目实例,对二次浇筑地暖施工工艺进行深入研究,总结该工艺原理、具体施工操作流程要点及施工质量要求。结果表明该施工做法成型后面层密实平整裂缝少,能大幅度提升地暖工程质量,满足交付要求,为二次浇筑地暖做法的推广起到了良好的助力作用。

The construction method of secondary pouring floor heating is a new construction technology in recent years,which has entered the practical stage at present.In order to improve the quality problems existing in the construction practice of the overall heating surface layer,such as many cracks and serious empty drum,combined with a residential project example,the construction technology of the secondary pouring floor heating is deeply studied,and the principle of the process,the main points of the specific construction operation process and the construction quality requirements are summarized.The results show that the construction practice of forming behind the layer of flat cracks less,can greatly improve the quality of floor heating engineering,meet the delivery requirements,for the promotion of secondary pouring floor heating practice has played a good role in facilitating.
