基于城市双修及文化传承的老旧公园更新改造

Renewal and reconstruction of old parks based on urban double repair and cultural inheritance

长久以来,公园作为城市中主要的绿色生态斑块,承载着居民日常的休闲、活动需求,公园成了居民生活中的重要部分,公园的嬉戏热闹、精神文化承载着无数人的记忆。随着时光变迁,城市公园逐渐老旧、衰退,问题日益显现,公园活力日渐消失,公园的提升改造已亟待进行。根据住建部“城市双修”的要求,全国各地有序推进了包括如老旧公园等城市基础设施的修复、织补工作。以闽南地区小镇公园的提升改造为例,详细介绍了公园的修复策略,借由公园的修复提升将纷繁的文化、传承、记忆等元素融入到景观营造中,重新唤起公园的活力与记忆。

For a long time,as the main green ecological patch in the city,parks bore the daily leisure and activity needs of residents.Parks have become an important part of residents’life.The fun and lively spirit and culture of the parks bore the memory of countless people.With the change of time,urban parks are getting old and declining,problems are becoming increasingly apparent,the vitality of parks is disappearing,and the upgrading and transformation of parks has to be carried out urgently.According to the requirements of the Ministry of housing and urban-rural development for“urban double repair”,the repair of urban infrastructures,including old parks,has been orderly promoted all over the country.Taking the upgrading and reconstruction of one small urban park in Southern Fujian as an example,this paper introduces the restoration strategy of the park in detail.Through the restoration and upgrading of the park,the numerous elements such as culture,inheritance and memory are integrated into the landscape construction,so as to arouse the vitality and memory of the park again.
