摘要
泵系统是工业装置和市政工程能耗最高的设备系统,对泵系统能耗水平进行评估并给出可行的改进方案,对节能降耗和“双碳”目标的实现具有积极作用。简要介绍了泵系统构成,并以算例的方式介绍了泵系统能耗评估方法;结合泵性能、系统构成特点,给出了泵系统高效运行和节能建议。
In industrial plants and public works,pump system is the one with the highest energy consumption.Thus,to access the energy consumption and provide feasible improvement scheme have the positive role in energy saving and emission reduction so as to realize the objective of“double carbon”.In this article,the constitution of pump system was briefly introduced,and the method for assessment of energy consumption in pump system was described with practical example.Then,combined with the performances of pump and the features in the constitution of the system,the proposal for enhancement of pump system operation efficiency and energy saving was presented.
