摘要
在单机试车阶段,裂解炉四台引风机轴承均出现异常声响及振动。从轴承润滑、机械安装质量、联轴器对中、轴承故障、轴承座虚脚等方面对风机异常原因进行分析,通过排查和利用离线状态频谱仪确定故障的来源和部位。风机轴承外圈假性布式压痕损伤是引起轴承异常响声及振动的根本原因,同时轴承座虚脚对风机振动产生了一定影响。根据情况,对四台引风机轴承进行相应更换,对轴承座虚脚进行处理,联轴器对中度进行重新找正、调整,使风机轴承异常声响及振动得以消除。
In trial run stage for single fan,abnormal noises and vibration were occurred in the bearings in all of four flue gas fans used in cracking furnace.The causes inducing these abnormal phenomena were analyzed in this article from the aspects of lubrication in bearing,mechanical assembly quality,couplings centering,faults existed in bearing and bearing empty foot.Through a series examination and use of offline state spectrometer,the causes and position of the faults were determined.The false cloth compression mark damage occurred outside the fan bearing was the fundamental cause inducing the abnormal bearing noise and vibration,and the empty foot of the bearing seat has certain effect to the vibration of the fan.Thus,the measures,including replacement of all of the bearings in four fans,treatment of bearing empty foot,and adjustment for couplings centering,were carried out,with which the abnormal noises and vibration had been removed.
