摘要
将磁化处理技术应用到原油运输过程中,可以防止及延缓管道内的蜡沉积现象,进而提高原油输送效率。通过磁处理环道装置,开展了不同条件下的模拟油蜡沉积效果实验,对比温度及磁场对沉积蜡质量、厚度的影响。实验结果表明:增大温差与磁处理强度都能有效减少蜡晶沉积现象,但两组变量存在最优极值,过度改变温度及磁化强度将不利于管道输送效率,需要根据实际工况进行优化处理。
Application of magnetization treatment in crude oil transportation can prevent or delay the sedimentation of wax in pipeline so as to increase the efficiency of crude oil transportation.In this article,by using magnetization treatment loop facility,the experiments for simulating wax sedimentation under different conditions were carried out,and the effects of temperature and magnetic field to the quality and thickness of sedimented wax were compared.It was shown from the results of the experiments that increasing either differential temperature or magnetic strength can efficiently reduce the sedimentation of wax,and there is optimum values with these two variables;excessive changes of temperature and magnetic strength make against the efficiency of oil transportation,so optimum treatment is needed based on practical conditions.
