在数字信息化发展的时代,司法机关每天产生大量的电子数据,在数据共享方面一定程度上提高了工作效率,但与此同时也暴露出数据信任和数据安全等方面的问题。区块链技术的分布式、防篡改、可追溯的特点,能够较好地解决这些问题。围绕区块链技术在司法领域数据共享应用可能的情况展开研究,讨论司法数据共享的现实问题和区块链技术的可行性,并对实际司法业务应用进行分析,提出目前存在的问题,并从加强制度设置保障、提高顶层设计的认识、提升区块链技术应用意识和培养专业团队等方面给出建议。

In the era of digital information development, the judiciary produces large amounts of electronic data every day, enhancing the efficiency of sharing work to some extent. But at the same time, the problems of data trust and data security expose. The distributed, tamper-proof and traceable characteristics of blockchain technology can better solve these problems. This paper researches on the application of blockchain technology in judicial data sharing, discusses on the problems in judicial data sharing and the feasibility of block chain technology, analyzes the actual judicial business, puts forward the existing problems, and gives suggestions on strengthening the guarantee of system setting, improving the understanding of top-level design, enhancing the application awareness of blockchain technology and cultivating professional teams.
