摘要
当前高等学校异地办学的现象成为高校发展的主旋律。伴随经济发展和国家教育政策的变化,高等教育办学竞争十分激烈,各高校为了提高自身的排名与国内、国际地位,同时也是为了确保增长后劲,通过迅速扩大自身体量和办学门类、规模,比如兼并和发展异地校区的途径来达到目的。分校与校区的本质区别在于,分校有独立的法人资质,而校区与主校区共用法人资质,因此分校享有更为独立自主的管理权限。在异地校区建设办学过程中会遇到管理模式、教育资源、文化精神、学生培养和师资建设等方面的问题,而研究异地校区的动因有利于从根本上把握解决问题的实质。
Currently,the phenomenon of running schools in different places has become the main method of the development of colleges and universities.Along with the economic development and the change of national education policy,the competition for running higher education is very fierce.In order to improve their own ranking and domestic and international status,as well as to ensure the growth momentum,colleges and universities achieve their goals by rapidly expanding their own volume,categories and scale of running schools,such as merging and developing non-local campuses.The essential difference between the independent campus and the non-local campus is that the independent campus has independent legal person qualification,while the non-local campus and the main campus share legal person qualification,so the independent campus enjoys more independent management authority.In the process of building and running schools in different campuses,we will encounter problems in management mode,educational resources,cultural spirit,student training and teacher construction,and the study of the motivation of different campuses is conducive to fundamentally grasp the essence of the problem solutions.
