高校“智慧财务”服务模式的现状分析及建议--以X高校为例

Analysis and Suggestion on the Service Mode of"Intelligent Finance"in Colleges and Universities-Taking X University as an Example

在“大智移云”背景下,高校传统的财务服务模式面临着教学科研人员报销难、报销繁,财务人员业务处理流程繁琐、各部门之间信息出现孤岛等问题。因此,传统的财务服务模式已不能适应新时代的变化,智慧财务建设势在必行。该文结合当前高校财务服务模式的现状,以资金流管理为主线,以财务业务为基础,以财务数据为支撑,实现业财融合,通过以X高校为例,分析该高校第三方服务平台建设、部门间数据共享、网上预约、票据分类及认证报销管理、线上审批等现状及问题,提出对X高校智慧财务服务更优化的对策建议,为高校财务工作者提供借鉴和参考。

Under the background of"big data+smart+mobile+cloud",the traditional financial service mode of colleges and universities is faced with problems such as difficult and complicated reimbursement for teaching and research personnel,cumbersome business processing process of financial personnel,and isolated information between departments.Therefore,the traditional financial service mode can no longer adapt to the changes of the new era,and the construction of smart finance is imperative.This paper combines the current situation of the financial service mode of colleges and universities,takes the capital flow management as the main line,takes the financial business as the basis,and takes the financial data as the support to realize the integration of industry and finance.Taking X University as an example,this paper analyzes the construction of the third-party service platform,data sharing between departments,online reservation based on the status quo and problems of bill classification,certification and reimbursement management,online approval,etc.,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the smart financial services of X University,so as to provide reference for university financial workers.
