胰腺神经内分泌瘤肝转移的基础与临床研究进展

Advances on basic and clinical research of liver metastasis of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors

胰腺神经内分泌瘤(pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors,pNETs)是一类较为罕见、高度异质性的肿瘤,近60%的患者在确诊时伴有肝转移。pNETs肝转移病情复杂,预后较差,因此本文概述了pNETs肝转移的综合治疗策略,并回顾了领域内的基础与临床研究进展,希望加深对这一疾病的认识,早期识别肝转移风险并制定最佳治疗策略。在pNETs肝转移的基础研究领域,进展主要集中于上皮-间质转化和新生血管形成的机制研究及二代测序揭示的一系列分子事件。在pNETs肝转移的临床研究领域,主要焦点在于预测肝转移的风险和预后。未来,随着二代测序、单细胞测序及多组学技术的应用和发展,可以加速我们对pNETs肝转移的认识和研究,为基础研究和临床治疗带来新的突破。

Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors(pNETs)are a group of rare and highly heterogeneous tumors.Nearly 60%of patients have liver metastasis at the time of diagnosis.The condition of pNETs with liver metastasis is complex and the prognosis is poor.Therefore,this review summarizes the comprehensive treatment strategy of this disease,and discusses advances in the basic and clinical research,aiming to deepen the understanding of this disease.Advances in the basic research mainly focus on epithelial mesenchymal transition,angiogenesis,and a series of molecular events revealed by next-generation sequencing.Advances in the clinical research focus on predicting the risk of liver metastasis and prognosis.In the future,the application and development of next-generation sequencing,single-cell sequencing and multiomics technology can accelerate research on liver metastasis of pNETs,deepen our understanding,and bring breakthroughs to basic research and clinical treatment.
