高职院校工匠精神培育:时代价值、现实图景与提升路径——基于青海省8所高职院校1977份调查问卷的分析

培养高职学生的工匠精神,是高职院校落实立德树人根本任务的题中之义,是传承和弘扬民族精神和时代精神的重要体现,也是推动我国制造业转型升级、建设制造业强国的必然要求。人们的传统思维定势、少数学生对工匠精神重视程度不够以及专业认同度不高、传统教学模式的制约等问题,在不同程度上对青海高职院校培育工匠精神造成负面影响。为了切实提高青海高职院校工匠精神培育成效,高职教育工作者既要提高思想政治站位,也要切实转变育人观念,构建协同育人机制,努力培养更多高素质技术技能人才,为把我国建成社会主义现代化强国提供强力的人才支撑。

Cultivating the craftsmanship spirit of vocational students is the meaning of the fundamental task for higher vocational colleges to implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people. It is an important embodiment of inheriting and promoting the national spirit and the spirit of the times. It is also an inevitable requirement to motivate the transformation and upgrading of thd manufacturing industrly and to build a powerful nation of manufacturing industry. The problems of people’s traditional mindset, a small number of students not paying enough attention to the craftsmanship spirit, the degree of professional recognition being not high, and the constraints of traditional teaching models have had a negative impact on the cultivation of craftsman spirit in Qinghai vocational colleges to varying degrees. In order to effectively improve the cultivation of craftsman spirit in Qinghai higher vocational colleges, higher vocational educators should not only improve their ideological and political positions, but also effectively change the concept of education, build a collaborative education mechanism, and strive to cultivate more high-quality technical and skilled talents. Provide strong talent support for building our country into a powerful modern socialist country.
