知识本位——育人本位导向下的职业教育教学改革研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着我国经济的发展,职业教育也发生了深刻的变革。教育教学作为职业教育改革的重要载体,开始了从强调知识本位到注重能力本位,再到育人本位的转变。在这个过程中,职业教育教学表现出由注重理论知识转向培养综合能力,由注重效率到提升内涵,由单一化到多元化,由服务地方到放眼国际等特征。新时代我国职业教育教学应促进理实深度融合、坚持育人为本、产教融合多方协同、加强国际化建设,进而促进我国职业教育教学的改革与实践,提高我国职业教育教学的质量和效率。 With the development of our country's economy,vocational education has also undergone profound changes.As an important carrier of vocational education reform,education and teaching has begun to change from the emphasis on the knowledge standard to the emphasis to pay attention to the ability standard,and then to the education standard.In this process,vocational education and teaching shows the characteristics of changing from paying attention to theoretical knowledge to cultivating comprehensive ability,from paying attention to efficiency to improving connotation,from single to diversified,and from serving the local area to the international perspective.In the new era,China's vocational education and teaching should promote the deep integration of science and reality,adhere to the education-oriented,the integration of industry and education with multiple cooperation,strengthen the international construction,and then promote the reform and practice of vocational education and teaching in China,and improve the quality and efficiency of vocational education and teaching in China.
