HPLC法测定蒙药安神补心六味丸中肉桂酸和丁香酚含量

Determination of cinnamic acid and eugenol in Mongolian medicine Anshen Buxin Liuwei pills by HPLC

目的HPLC法同时测定蒙药安神补心六味丸中肉桂酸和丁香酚含量。方法运用HPLC法,以InertsilODS-3色谱柱(4.6×250 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,检测波长:0~25 min,254 nm;25~45 min,281 nm;柱温为40℃。结果蒙药安神补心六味丸中肉桂酸和丁香酚线性范围分别为0.169~0.393μg(r=0.9999);2.966~6.922μg(r=0.9999);平均回收率分别为96.21%和103.21%;RSD分别为1.47%、0.85%(n=6)。结论该方法专属性强,稳定可靠,可用于蒙药安神补心六味丸中肉桂酸和丁香酚的含量测定。

Objective To determine the contents of cinnamic acid and eugenol in Mongolian medicine Anshen Buxin Liuwei Pills by HPLC.Methods HPLC was used with inertsil ods-3 column(4.6×250 mm,5μm),gradient elution with methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid aqueous solution as mobile phase,detection wavelength:0~25 min,254 nm;25~45 min,281 nm;the column temperature is 40℃.Results The linear ranges of cinnamic acid and eugenol in Mongolian medicine Anshen Buxin Liuwei Pills were 0.169~0.393μg(r=0.9999);2.966~6.922μg(r=0.9999)respectively;The average recoveries were 96.21%and 103.21%;RSD were 1.47%and 0.85%(n=6).Conclusion The method is specific,stable and reliable,and can be used for the determination of cinnamic acid and eugenol in Mongolian medicine Anshen Buxin Liuwei Pills.
